At our office, we are committed to providing high-quality care along with flexible payment options to support all of our patients.

We are pleased to work with your insurance provider, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), to help you maximize your benefits and facilitate reimbursement for eligible services. To ensure efficient processing, please bring your insurance information to your first appointment.

Please note: Payment is due at the time services are provided.

As a courtesy, we will submit claims directly to your insurance company and assist in tracking their progress. We kindly ask that you inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.

While we are happy to assist with the insurance process, patients remain ultimately responsible for all fees incurred at our office, regardless of insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any balance not covered by insurance remains the patient’s responsibility.
